Ga Ga for Ga Ga

Not sure how this happened, but Ryan now points at the radio and says, "Pa Pa Pa Pa Pa Pa" until we play Lady Ga Ga's Poker Face. Carol's now also taught him some hand gestures to go with the dance. Here's a quick video:

Happy Birthday Carol

Watching playoff football while updating Ryan's blog. Last night we got together with our friends Tiffany and Bennos to celebrate Carol's 29th birthday. Ryan once again demonstrated that he's not a bit shy...all you need to do is read to him. He's also become quite the sweeper. He may have a future in curling!

Christmas Pictures

Still catching up from the holidays (and the move) so figured I'd post a few pictures from our trip to Monteray. More on Kodak Gallery. Ryan had his 15 month checkup this week. The doctor confirmed what we already know - he's a very big, healthy, and happy boy:

• 98th percentile for head size
• 95th percentile for height
• 85th percentile for weight

Speaking of pictures, I was just checking out Sarah and Jeremy's travel blog. It's great to be able to keep up with them on their big trip.

Christmas Greetings

It's been a while since my last update. Sorry about that. Things have been pretty hectic since the move. We're starting to settle in to the new house, which is just around the corner from Shirley Way.
Tree is up and we're all very excited to be able to spend a couple of days with Aunt Sarah and Uncle Jeremy before they take off for Asia.
We hope to speak to everyone soon. Lots of Skype calls over the holidays...
